Jacqueline Solt, MD

Dr. Jacqueline Solt is a general surgeon who provides comprehensive surgical care using traditional, minimally invasive, and robotic-assisted techniques. Her clinical interests include colonoscopy, endoscopy, gallbladder surgery, breast surgery, colon and anorectal procedures, and hernia repair. Dr. Solt earned her medical degree from East Tennessee State University and completed her General Surgery residency at MAHEC in Asheville. She is passionate about rural health, surgical education, and helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes. Her experiences serving communities around the world have strengthened her commitment to delivering high-quality care close to home. Outside of work, Dr. Solt enjoys running, weightlifting, traveling, cooking, baking, and spending time with her husband, family, friends, and their German Shepherd. Having grown up overseas, she continues to seek new adventures and opportunities to connect with different cultures.
